About JOEY Restaurants

Established in Canada in 1992, JOEY Restaurants is family owned restaurant group with a collection of 29 restaurant locations across Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, Toronto, Seattle and California with upcoming openings in Houston and Miami. Our model isn’t to repeat formulas but create spaces perfectly suited to the locale and its clientele. Each JOEY restaurant is unique, but they all have plenty in common showcasing unparalleled excellence in restaurant design, a world-class hospitality experience, and a menu of handcrafted creations that are locally and globally inspired.

Location Criteria

Iconic, AAA location situated on a prominent corner or free standing pad
6000-9000sq/ft interior with 2000sq/ft patio (designs can be customized to specific site dimensions)
High visibility, great street presence that offers connection between interior and exterior
Strong preference for ground/main floor
Prolific patio area ability to be covered for weather protection and guest comfort
Prominent signage locations at all visible facades
Minimum 18’ clear height to structure for interior volume
Close Proximity to all required external building services; delivery area, garbage, grease, guest pathways
Utilities brought to premises as outlined in JOEY work letter
Convenient parking, valet if available
